Who is Cartesius Utrecht for?

How many parking spaces are there for the town houses 'Costa' and apartments in Nicoya'?

Each 'Costa' townhouse comes with the option to purchase a parking space. For the other apartments in Nicoya, the availability of parking spaces varies by building number. If you’re unsure whether your building qualifies for a parking space, please reach out to the broker for clarification.

In Cartesius, 150 shared cars will be available in collaboration with We Drive Solar, offering residents convenient, sustainable mobility options. With Cartesius’ own NS Station, commuting or traveling outside Utrecht is made easy with plenty of transport options.
